Left out warranty items to charge for them in a separate appointment. During an oil change they disconnected my battery and didn’t reset it and put in the update. Now blue link doesn’t work at all. Had zero issues with it prior to the appointment

I have had a completely disappointing experience with Hyundai Walser. Less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, multiple issues started appearing, and getting them addressed has been an uphill battle.

Customer Specialist Grant Lawson was extremely helpful, patient, upfront and straightforward. Within an hour of my inquiry he sent me a video specially made for me explaining all the aspects of the car in detail. No sales talk, no exaggeration, always factual and correct. The particular color Palisade I wanted was not immediately available with him, but he still gave me all the information and help a customer would expect. Sorry I couldn’t buy the car from him, but will go back to Grant anytime I need a new Hyundai

The last time I went there, I asked for a rental car a week prior to my appointment to ensure I’d get one. When I got there, they said they didn’t have one for me and on top of that, they insisted that I replace a part costing me over $2,000 in total, just for my check engine light to turn back on before I finished driving home.

Great staff to work with Matt and Jamie were very helpful doing the purchase and Matt took extra time to teach us how the new Tucson worked. Process went get and recommend to others. They also reach out to get the vehicle that had the options we wanted. I have no idea who Elle Anderson as we never met with her unless she worked Jamie.

The purchasing experience was very good. Andrew was very helpful and responsive to our requests and questions. It was nice to have the paperwork done electronically, but it would have been nice to have a few documents or information in hard copy form. The extended warranty for instance.
Unwilling to take responsibility for a damaged wheel. Although it was not discovered until a couple of months of ownership, this damage did NOT take place after delivery. This vehicle not been driven much, henceforth the late discovery.

Very nice location but the service was hands down professional! Vince the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at and gave an outstanding tour of the establishment.
I was blatantly lied to. I was pre-approved and had a loan in hand, but Walser falsely told me they would not accept a wire transfer from my credit union. That was simply untrue, I came to find out. Due to this deception, my loan is now significantly more expensive than it ever should have been. This kind of dishonest behavior is exactly why dealerships like Walser have such a terrible reputation.
